HOD's Message

Department of physics has been providing teaching to undergraduate students since its inception. The M.Sc. degree programme in physics was launched from the academic session 2023-24 with an intake capacity of 16 students. The department is committed in the pursuit of excellence in teaching through a team of vibrant and dynamic faculty members. In due course we will also open research activities in cutting-edge theoretical and experimental areas and interdisciplinary research for solving challenges facing our society in the rapidly changing world. Overall the dept. has taken initiatives to provide good ethical, knowledge and employable citizens to the society.
