The central library of the university is named after one of the preeminent architects of modern Odisha, Gopabandhu Das (1877–1928). The library is accessible to all students and faculty members of the university and houses a total of 81604 books. The books have been digitally catalogued using e-Granthalaya software. Additionally the library subscribes to 393 journals. There is an e-library, which is equipped with Wi-Fi-enabled 32 computer systems. Access to EBSCO provided by Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha enables students to consult leading e-journals of various disciplines. Weekly classes are held in the premises of the library, wherein students are encouraged to make optimum use of the e-resources.
