The Department of Computer Science was founded in the year of 2000 in self-financing mode. This is the first self-financing department in the history of this institute (Erstwhile Dharanidhar Autonomous College). The department has produced number of quality professionals in the Information Technology industry, holding important positions in the country as well as in abroad.
