  • Condensed matter physics

My research interests lie in investigating the optoelectronic properties at the interfaces of ZnO-based heterostructures incorporating 2D materials such as graphene and MoS2. Utilizing Density Functional Theory (DFT) simulations alongside experimental techniques, I aim to explore and understand the fundamental interactions and phenomena occurring at these interfaces, which are crucial for advancing applications in optoelectronics and nanotechnology.
